Return Policy

Returns and refunds are only available for the following reasons.

1. Defective Disposable Vapes

We do not issue direct refunds, only exchanges and store credit. Your purchases are covered by the Hazey Bearr Guarantee!

If you receive a defective disposable we offer the following two options for you to choose from.

1. You can visit our store location at anytime and have the product replaced directly by an employee.

2. We can issue a coupon for the value of the defective product to replace on your next purchase.

If you receive a defective disposable product, we do not offer a direct replacement with an additional delivery. You will have to choose one of the two options listed above.

2. Defective Puffco Products

This brand requires that all warranty claims be handled with them directly. Please see this help article for more information.

3. All Other Broken Products

Please contact our customer service team to initiate a replacement product being shipped out immediately or to schedule a delivery. If we do not have the exact replacement product available you can pick between store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

4. Unopened and Unused Products

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds can be issued as store credit or will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. If you are located in our delivery area, a pickup can be scheduled for the next time you place a delivery.
