Pre-Cleanse

Get Clean

1. 1. Shake the bottle

   2. Drink the entire bottle of Qcarbo over the course of 30 minutes to an hour.

   3. Drink water as directed on packaging. We recommend drinking enough water after your detox to urinate 3 or more times. Be sure to urinate frequently; this is a part of the elimination process and important for a successful cleanse.
